help clear coat peeling!!!
hello people, i have a question about my paint. the clear coating is peeling off, what is the cheapest way to fix it? im thinkin of spraying it with some canned clear coat. thanks in advance btw im broke so i cant afford a paint job
There is no other way to fix it other than new paint. You can't spray on new clear over that. It will not stick. You can scuff up the remaining clear and the rest of the panel and respray clear or just have it repainted

Yup, you have to sand the clear back enough to where its not peeling anymore (featheredge). Then the whole panel will have to be recleared.
