Dash, Tailights, and License plate lught not working... Help!!
Ok, Last night when I turned on my headlights my Dash, Taillights, and License plate lights were not working. First thing I checked was the fuse, since all 3 of those lights are fused together... But there are no blown fuses, I went through all of them! So today I checked for power at the fuse panel, when I turn the Headlight Switch on my headlights come on but nothing else... At the fuse panel there's power to the Headlight fuses but not to the Dash, Tail, and License plate Light fuse... Is my headlight switch broken? Any help would be very appreciated!! Thanks in Advance...

you said that there is power to the fuses, right? then i would take it the switch is probably bad. try to get one from a junk yard or ebay, the dealership is going to rape you.

Yea, when the Headlights are turned on there is only power to the Headlight fuse's... But the Dash, Taillight, and License plate light's fuse has no power to it. Thats why Im thinking the switch may be bad?

also, when your reading your wires, get right behind the switch and see if power is going to the switch. you want to make sure there is no breaks between the fuse and the switch.

Ok! I'll go check the wires right behind the switch right now... Ok, there is no power getting to the dimmer switch or any other dash lighting... All electronics on the dash are working, but nothing well light up! Someone told me they had a dimmer switch go out on them and it caused the dash, tail, and license lights to go out... So maybe either a dimmer or Headlight switch?

wow, who would think of a dimmer switch. that's just the thing you never know when it comes to electrical. like i said earlier, hit up junk yards or ebay. that's your best bet.
