skunk 2 intake mani install?

hey wats good i got a 99 si wit a b16. i just got my skunk 2 man. it doesnt match up totally tho. the coolant line on the stock mani has 1 big nipple but on the skunk it has the 1 big niiple and then another little one on thye side. and there a vacum line that goes to the top of the stock mani isnt on the skunk. so i need some help thanks

bump has nobody installed a skunk2 pro series intake manifold on a b16 plz help
