Default buying used accord, need help

hi guys, ive been looking at this 96 accord ex 4 door manual, with 125000 miles. priced at 3500, brought down from 4000. Bumpers have damage, and may need replacing. Also the body has alot of small dents and a few scratches, which will probably need painting. The motor and tranny seem to be in good condition. would you guys buy this for the price?

Don't do it till you get the carfax. I got my 97 Accord SE for 3,600 w/ minimal body damage, but high milage (157,xxx). Still ran good tho, but when I ran the free car fax it showed up 9 reports of my car. Still don't know what they are, Don't have a carfax acc. anyway good luck

I would not even consider a car where the seller does not provide a car fax.
