rim paint removal

How difficult is it to remove a single coat of flat black paint from regular oem rims? Any ideas on the process needed to do so?

when i repainted my wheels i used aircraft stripper to get rid of the old paint. Works extremely well.

Apply aircraft stripper then wait about 1 hour and scrape the paint off or wash it off.

thanks, I just tried brake cleaner, and it just rubs right off.
