I got the Endyn kit on my B20Vtec, I used the ITR PCV and I also cut down the rubber gromet to lower the whole thing.I think the PCV that came in the kit was super long and The rubber piece also stuck up about 1" . I havn't had any problems with it. I also put the self drain part in that Endyn made and it works great!.

i got a feeling that my itr block and your b20 aren't quite the same and look slightly different from your explanation. Literally the hole for the black box(actually right near the oil filter and facing same direction) where the gromit goes into is slightly too large for the gromit. the gromit is so loose fitting it will simply just fall out. thats my only issue.

thanks

Are you referring to the grommet in top of the black box(not on the B20's) where the stock pcv goes? I just used stock grommet with a stock pcv with the valve cut out of the bottom.

No...maybe these instruction help.

PCV grommet replaces that entire black box behind your block, take off the
14mm nuts and take out the entire black box, there is a big hole in back of
the block where the black box goes to thats what you use the grommet for.

behind the block there are these huge hex bolts (gold in color) use a big
hex key to take them off, the fittings in the kit replaces the hex nuts.

Lip
The pcv and gromit fit in the top of the moroso can. Not the block
On my b20 I used the two threaded pieces to plug into the back of the block I had
to remove two plugs
In you instructions the hose on the pcv goes to the valve cover
The two lare hoses go to the block teh one that says drivers side should
go to the same place you removed you "black box"

I think the vtec setup is a lil different. That pcv valve and grommet is for the top of the moroso can, for closed loop. If your running with just the filter you don't need the valve. What are you using to plug the hole, where the bottom of the stock black box connects? I think with the vtec motors you keep the black box on the pass side and run a straight connector(like a pcv with the valve cut out), instead of the second nipple. Any other way and you'll need to plug the holes from the stock box, the top piece could be replace with a bolt but I don't know what you'd plug that bottom hole with. Unless you could tap it and use the plug you removed from behind the stock box, assuming the opening is the same size. I have a pic of a B20 with the nipples installed but they don't have the stock box to start with. PM me for the pic, no host.

Lip i believe you have the instructions for the B20 setup that you posted. The reason i know this is because i called Rick at Endyn and after waiting a month or so they came out with installation directions for the B18C5. Pictures of where i chose to mount it can be found here: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=168926
