I am about to purchase a S2K from a local Honda Dealer but they only have a Yellow one. Not my first color of choice, but I guess I can learn to love it. Let's see some rockin yellow S2000's to incourage me to buy one... if not, I'll just have to wait for a black one... or a silver one... or a white one...etc...

if yellow isnt your first choice just wait it out.

i wanted black or white and i bought yellow. i sold it two years later for a black one. the yellow got old for me in 6 months.

i just got black because i could drive it out of the showroom floor 100% brand new

 

i actually wasn’t even ready to buy mine

i made a thread on my 240sxforum (which i am a mod)
And just talking about the different cars that i was interested in getting

E36 M3
WRX wagon
FD RX7
IS300
S2000
Etc..

and i made my choice i wanted an S2K...
Then i get a PM from some dude in Missouri, saying his friend is selling a S2000.
i checked it out.. Loved every thing about it.. So i got it

Couple weeks later I am on a flight to MO, and then I drove it back 13hours to PA

I wanted a decent car that was under 20. that was sporty and had WOW factor to it.
The S2000 is every thing i wanted.. + more

 

when i was considering buying an s2k my friend said buy a yellow one put it on spoons drop it and call it a day.... i bought a silver one but damn they had the right idea!

I have to say, this yellow one looks bad-***!!! I test drove a Yellow one on Friday and I couldn't make myself buy it. I am going to have to wait it out...

 

When it comes down to spending however much money your planning to on a fine automobile, spend the money to get the one you'll be happy with. Don't get rushed into buying a car your not 100% sure about. Buy the car you love/really like not the one you hope you'll really like in 6 months.

Thats just my $0.02. The ap2's in yellow with the factory aero add-ons do make me a little hot under the collar though.
