i just got the tanabe hyper medalion installed on my 97 accord lx. its the second day its been on, and it smells like burnt plastic when i drive it. not all the time, the first day was bad my girlfriend saw white/grey smoke coming out of it on the way home from the shop as she was following me. Im thinking it may just be a gasket? any body have any ideas... it wasnt doing anything like this before I modified it. Besides this issue, it sounds great nice deep tone and the car feels like it has little more juice.

 

Its just the new materials getting broken in, no need to worry, my apex ws did the same thing.
