Default oil burning problem

okay so heres the problem? i took my valve cover off to paint it and when i was putting it back on i forgot to put on one of the spark plug gaskets and drove it like that for about 3 miles and oil went up and into the holes(spark plug/cylinders) well the only thing that i thought about was just letting it through the cylinder holes/spark plug holes! and i cranked the car with no spark plugs in it yet to get some oil out but theres still oil in the cylinder obviosly since its smoking there was about 3 inches of oil in each hole how long will it take until its all gone and i have smoked it all out? anything i can do to hurry up the process? any thing i can do to put my motor in better shape now? THANKS for reading this i know its long!

Probably just let it burn off now. If your in that situation again just leave the plugs in it, pull the wires out of the tubes, then spray compressed air down the spark plug tubes while your holding a rag over top of the hole. It takes a while to get all the oil out so just take your time.

You should be okay. Just drive around until it all burns off.
