So After that I tried contacting him through pay-pal and ended up with the same result so i turned it over to them (pay-pal) to let them handle the whole situation. I know it is almost kinda my fault, thinking that i could get a turbo kit for 1250, but c'mon what a giant bag of douche

 

hmm, a race to see who can put money in someones paypal account. not a wise decision. Still sucks though, hope you get your money back man.

i almost bought this kit too!!! but i did get a almost complete rev hard kit for 1100.. so it's not entirely a foolish decision..

Those are all of the people that he claims vouche for him. In his profile it says he has been a member of h-t for 17** days, which is roughly 5 years and he has over 2000 posts on h-t and his paypal account says he has been a member for over two years also, so I believed that this person was trustworthy. In addition to that he actually refunded someone else that had sent him a payment, I know this because I spoke with the user crx_soldier through pm's.

 

From my experiences you should not wait just start a paypal dispute for your money back right now. If he ends up sending it out then you can always close the dispute but its not looking good. Don't be a sucker and try to hold out. Also don't close the dispute if he claims to be having problems. Get your money back and give it to someone with more reliability.

 

I started the claim like 2 weeks ago i just now received an email back from paypal saying that they had ruled in my favor but he has already withdrawn the money so now i must save again for a kit
