Default front LCA bushing

I was replacing some bushings for my front sway bar today when i noticed that the bushing in which the shock fork goes is cracking. Cracking is bad, so I thought about replacing it. Its only 17 bucks from the dealer.

Is there a DIY method to do it without a press and without taking the LCA off the car?

The car is a 94 Del Sol VTEC. Thanks for any input.
