After I put my camber kit in(with tons of hammering to the knuckle to loosen the OEM arms) there's a single thump noise everytime I go in reverse with my wheels straight. It only thumps once. And only in the driver side wheel well. I looked around from the outside(haven't taken the wheel off to inspect) and everything seems fine. One of my coworkers says something's probably loose, and another coworker said my axle may have cracked. I hope it's not the latter, any ideas/ advice? It drives fine aside from this problem. it's a 2000 civic EX coupe.

bad tires?

 

my tires are bad, but how would bad tires cause a thump noise just because i put in a camber kit?

 

inspect the CV boots for rips/tears/leaks, check your camberkit's balljoint, and while you're at it, check the other 2 on each side.

 

ill check in the mornig. ill update then.

 

nothing ripped or leaking.
any other ideas? suspension is starting to creak at low speeds now... (i think this is normal?)
