ok ive been doing alot of research on the seafoam write ups for the past few days because i plan on using i today before i change my oil.

my d16z6 has 143K on it, my question is in alot of the write ups people were saying you should or shouldnt put it in the crank case depending on the milage. so considering mine has 143K should i put 1/3 of it in my crank case or just use the BB and gas tank method?

 

well the sludge in your engine may be holding the leaks back, using seafoam would remove that and you will leak. That is all in theory, no way to be sure because all engines wear differently.

 

I have done it myself, but will probably not ever again. Nothing bad happened, just I don't want to ever use another additive to my oil again.

But its still in there mixing around. whatever, do what you want.
