Default Crank Pulley came loose, now car won't start!!! Please HELP!!

I have a 1995 Prelude Vtec H22a1. I was driving to work, my battery light came on. Then I noticed that my power steering was gone. When I was pulling into work my car died. I checked it out, and my crank pulley (harmonic balancer) was very loose, and my a/c, p/s, belts were gone. I had the car towed home. I bought new belts and H.B. from Honda. I put it all back together but car doesn't start.?! I think my timing could be off. Would this stop my car from starting. Could it be my valves? Should I try to fix my engine or just get a new one from Japan? If it is just the timing how would I fix that? Does anyone have the specs for timing on a 95 vtec? I need help, I miss driving my car....

someone didn't tighten your pulley to spec. and it came loose and your key probably fell out. ARE THERE ANY TEETH LEFT ON THE CRANK AND THE OLD PULLEY? I THINK YOU RUINED YOUR ENGINE. JUST GET A NEW BLOCK.

^ Get the hell out of here. If your crank pully was loose, almost 100% your timing is off. This is why your car won't start. If it is way off, the car won't start.
