which are the best springs to do this job?

i plan on using them on the stock shocks, just because i think they can handle the load. will anyone tell me otherwise?

H&R, Spoon & Neuspeed are the R specific springs of choice as of now.

It almost sounds like you want someone to tell you otherwise... Personally, I think they can handle the load, but will this be the optimum setup for your R? Some people that lower the car with just springs report that while the car feels stiffer/better for cruising around, it doesn't perform as good at the limit. Don't lower the car just for looks...and if you are doing it to improve handling, I don't think just springs will do the job.
