Which engine should I put in my 94 Civic?

I have a slightly built head on a 1.6 d16z6 turbo. I want a new engine though and I am going to turbo it. Which engine would be the best choice for a 94 civic ex?

ls/vtec turbo is what i would do... but ls turbo would be good too

build the d16 bottom end with rods and pistons and boost 16lbs on that. seen these setups put out 300 whp
