96 Civic DX - Radiator Fan NOT Working...
I have a 1996 Honda Civic DX hatchback and just noticed that my car is over heating quite easily. There's lots of coolant in the resevoir so that's not the problem. My father and I took out the radiator fan and directly conncted it to the battery and the fan works perfectly. So, I'm guessing its just faulty wiring. Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

there is a sensor on the thermostat housing, replace that it should work, that's what happened to mine, to be sure make sure the car is normal temp, unplug the sensor and put a paper clip in both the terminals, if the fan comes on then the sensor is bad.
i would make sure the radiator is full f#ck the over flow, you could be dumping all your coolant into overflow (headgasket)
if you are not full of coolant and that sensor isnt imersed in coolant fan wont kick on when it should.
