whats good H-Ti was plannin to do a LS-V TURBO set up but someone told me it can put out the same speed n power as a ls vtec turbo but for the ls id just have to get cams n shytt so which one u u guys prefer???lmk n if u guys have any videos of ls turbo vs ls vtec turbo please send linkss

 

Well, you will get alot of opinions, this thread will get locked or moved.

For what its worth, I prefer LS-Ts...but whatever.

 

if you build the bottom end then do the ls vtec turbo. theres no point in reving a ls vtec to 7k, it makes power past that. the stock rod bolts wont hold up till that rpm

i personally hate 99% of the ls-vtec turbo setups because almost no one builds the bottom end and they only last for a few months.
with an ls you pretty much have to build the bottom end to handle more power because it has a longer stroke than a GSR, thats why ls setups dont usually last as long. do it right the first time and build an ls-vtec turbo with a built bottom end.
