i just bought a 92 civic hatch... my d/d is a 94 integra ls so this hatch is something of a project car. i just bought door panels and parts for electric windows and locks from a 95 ex coupe, and i have a couple other questions...

first off: i want to do an integra dash conversion. i have a friend who has a full 2001 ITR interior for sale for $400. I'm thinking of buying this because i know the seats will fit (and the dash with some mods) and most everything else. i read the thread on the dash conversion, but is it a huge pain in the ***?

second: i would like to do a JDM ITR front end conversion on this hatch. i've seen it once before, but i don't know how complicated it would actually be. does anyone know how (or know a topic you can link me to) to do this? i'm thinking that cutting the civic's fenders in half and welding the front of the itr fenders and modifying the hood might be the easiest route...

third: does anyone know how easy/hard a k24 swap would be into this model? I have a k24 short block from a tsx that i got from a local junk yard for $650, so i'm really wanting to put it in this hatch instead of the teg (since i don't need ac/ps in the hatch). i just need a head and tranny to go with this, but i don't think finding them will be terribly difficult.
