turbo car overheats when ac is on at a stop????????? help!!!!

i have a turbo 5th gen prelude..... the problem is that every time my ac is on and im at a stop my car overheats...... Ive been having this problem for a while now. the first time it was the upper radiator hose that was cracked and i fixed it. The car has a C&R radiator with dual fans and they are both kicking on! This only happens when its hot outside though....... any suggestions ????????
