ok so i just bought a 94 civic with b16 and gsr head yesterday and i am having a idle issue i have messed with the idle screw but that does not change anything. Also when it is cold it has no cold idle i have to give it gas till it warms up then when it warms up it idles real low like 300 to 500 rpm's but i does not die. Any input would be great. I know it could be a number of things like dizzy, plugs, wires, timing, iacv. But i really need to figure out what controls the cold idle cause i think it could be that maybe i will try to change my ecu right now i have a spare p28 also i am running the p30 if that helps
