1) not sure with 16's. maybe either 195 or 205?
2) i believe 40 offset will come flush with the fenders. 35 sorta stick out just a bit.
3) ummm.. i'd say about 1.5 or 2 if you want. most people here on HT would say slam it to the ground. but since you dont want to rub, then 1.5 would be good. but thats just me.

1) with 16" rims the closest tire size is 205/40 (its about 1/4 inch smaller than stock) Then next up is 195/50. About 1 inch bigger than stock. a 45 profile tire would work too in this size but expect to pay out the *** for it.
2)I would go with a 40 offset.
3)you can slam it to the bumpstops with the tire size i listed. Nothing with rub. It is designed that way.

ok thanks very much for the help so far!!
ok so the 205 40 sounds good,i can even drop it and it wont rub...
um,how does a 16 look with a 40 sidewall?is it a bit big?got any pics??i sorta like the real low profile look...

True 215/40 is actually the perfect size. But it is not very cheap. Search http://tirerack.com for the specs and info that you need.
