It will cost about $45,000 plus tax and your car will be in the shop for about 22 years, and when it is finished, it is going to blow a weld on the intake. Search you must grasshopper.

Your car has ONE header, and are you looking to get a turbo kit or just the header? Turbo kits can usually be installed from a few hours up to a full day, depends on the setup and who's doing the labor. Dunno of any full production kits for the 06 but I'd assume its around $4-5K for everything you'll need.

Right now, the only header out is the dc race header, which is ****. What a little until some other companies produce for us.

the flex pipe blows off...i've seen it happen on 5 different FG2s
now they haveing problems with the exaust....with the tail end simply falling off at the welds...i've seen it on 2 FG2s already.

if u going to turbo...u don't need any of the headers u just mentioned(DC or Mugen or Comptech)...that would only work with an NA setup or SC setup....for turbo u'll require a turbo manifold...u'll either have to custom make or get a greddy kit(when it comes out), cybernation tuner kit(un tuneed kit)....or
All Jap. Cars turbo kit(no price announced yet) but it will be ready to run and is already in production and on 2 FG2s thus far....

Cybernation has a kit for the 06 si, think its about $4500. I can't reccomend them though as I had a nightmare (as well as others) installing it since well.. nothing fit. Not much of a "kit" eh?

It would definatly take more than a day to install a turbo, a weekend for a shop. The Si engine bay has almost no room to work with, would have to drop the engine I'm thinking, bolt on then put it back in and hope it all fits.
