B16 trans- fluid capacity?(not sure if all Bseries trans hold same capacity)

KAAZ dif- use KAAZ gear oil or will Torco Gear oil be just as good?

I used to run a clutch type dif(EATON) in my mustang and used Torco with no problems.

Just trying to figure out what gear oil and how much I need to purchase. Thanks.

 

I believe B-series manual transmissions hold 2.5 quarts.

 

I called Kaaz and asked then, they said run any non-synthetic GL-5 MT-1 gear oil. They also said that if you want it to be a little smoother, you can run Ford friction modifier, I found I didn't need to. I used to run Honda MTF and the unit didn't like it, I could've damaged it. Holds 2 quarts.
