Default Any Canadian SIR owners here?

Just wondering if anyone here has a canadian civic SIR and if they could tell me about it. Like is it worth paying for? Does it handle well? Or should I just be looking at a SI model and put money into it to mod it?

Si Model, don't get an SiR... Insurance is to much......

And besides, there are small difference...
00 si vs 00 sir

SiR
Better Engine
Better Suspension
Better Brakes
Front Lip
Front Grill
Cluster and Seats are different

Those are the difference, the b16a2 isn't the greatest engine...
I would say save the money, Si Vs SiR... then with that money get a better engine right off the bat for the Si, then with the money you will save for insurance.. do the other upgrade...

Unless you can get a great deal for insurance in ontario... go for the Si

I agree. I had one for over a year before the Lex, and it was ***** slow! I was so unimpressed with
the power. Get the Si, and with the left over coin, make it faster!!

Insurance wasn't an issue for me, becuase at the time I had a clean record. In Toronto i was paying
112/m, male over 25.

ok well I'll look into the Si model. Not sure what I can do to the d16 engine to make more power out of it though.
