I was working on my car and ran into a few electrical problems:
1. Everytime I try to start the car it wont turn over unless its @ random. I hear the main relay click and etc.. but it normally takes a while for the car to start. I checked all the fuses and everything is in good standing.
2. My tail lights stay on. I check all the grounding points I could think of and they still stay on.
3. My EX/SI cluster isnt working @ all except for turn signals and etc.. But when I plug in the stock CX cluster everything works.
Any help would be great,
thanks.

when you say tail lights are staying on is it the brake light or the parking light that is staying on? you could try to disconnect the brake light switch and see if they go out
Something may have shorted out in the harness. This one time my instument lights wouldn't go out even when the key was out. I pulled every fuse until they went out, and turned out it was my A/C condenser fuse. Not really the same problem, but its quite possible that the wire to your ignition grounded out, and fried the ignition.
