To put it simply, I have noticed when I engage my clutch to shift gears my cars seems to jerk and slow down aggressivley more than just taking my foot off of the pedal. Yes its at a low rpm and it is when I am shifting normally. This just started to occur and the only thing I can possibly think of is my iacv. I say this b/c my car seems to idle fugly and hesitates/fluctuates when maintaining a steady throttle and speed.

Any ideas?
