Default jdm H22 swap issue

Car seems to be stuttering when taking off pretty badly....we checked timing and it has new plugs wires and distributor cap. Feels like there is no torque whats so ever....but after 4000 rpm no issue's what so ever....I have one CEL light IAC needs cleaned...any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!
P.S. Could it be i'm using the usdm wires?

haha, only 10 minutes between bumps, stuttering as in misfiring? wires shouldn't make a difference, fix the problems so you don't have any CELs and go from there

your vtec pressure switch aint gonna cause your car to splutter...your IAC will cause your car to do that...make sure the plug that goes to your IAC is actually the IAC plug...

If you still have the IACV from your H23, use it, pretty sure it's the same. If you never had a H23 then nevermind. If you did but don't have it anymore, get a new one, they're relatively cheap.

This happened to me once, end up being a loose connection on the TPS. Check that & your voltage too!
