cut the bolt off, and keep trying on the transmission side. it will come, you just gotta keep turning the axle and prying, a quick jab seems to work best.

You need to get a handheld grinder with a cutoff wheel. You'll have to shave the nut off on one side, to almost the threads on the axle. It should stress relief the nut, to where you can turn it with a socket and a 2' piece of pipe.

To get the axle out, you need to put a large screwdriver between the inner half shaft where it is adjacent to the transmission and put some pressure on it, to pop the half shaft loose. It uses a lock ring that requires a little force to compress, as you pry the shaft loose.

we had to use a tourch to heat the nut up first...

we stuck a crow bar between the wheel studs.. a 1 inch thick crowbar.. bent to 45 degrees when we finally got the nut off...

We used a craftsman breaker bar and a 6 foor pipe... and 450 lbs (both of us jumping on it...)

it broke free... and bend teh breaker bar and the crow bar...

it will com eoff...

just heat it up for about 5 minutes...
