port and polish questions

how much of a hp gain would i get from a port and polish job on my head, valves, intake, and throttle body i have a b16a2

not really sure on a b-series but we did a basic p&p on d16a6 and got a little over 13hp
but thats my 2cents good luck

i have a port and polish on my b16a1 and to be honest i couldnt tell that much of a diff, but i havent done a dyno pull either. So good luck i hope you can tell a gain

what else do you have done, you are not going to gain very much if you dont already have at least some motor work
