Default Car sputters for a while

For about the first mile that I drive my car sputters. It kinda acts like rpm are dropping and then coming back up. I don't know if the rpm does drop for sure but that is how it acts. After about the first mile my car runs fine. What is the problem??
The car is a 90 crx Si with an intake, DC header and exhaust.

Thanks for the help

When mine did this it was the ignitor. I've also heard main relay.

I thought the main relay was only used for starting?
I plan on buy a main relay and fuel filter soon to see if that help.

up mine does the same thing, but smooths out past 3k..

ive noticed if i push the clutch in while this is happening, stop the car (movement, not engine), and watch the RPM's then go way down to normal idle spec (750) for a second then go back up to warm up idle (1500rpm).

My guess is an air pocket somewhere near the FITV.

ya up again.

i've also noticed my car sputters when i start it if its really damp out (ie. raining, just rained).

Does your car do this even on a warm start? or only on a over night start?

Im thinking we might have a leaky fuel injector(s).

Im going to try priming my fuel system more then once before i start it, maybe its got low fuel psi until after a couple seconds of running.

I have only noticed it when my car has sat over night. I have not noticed anything different when it is damp out.

i've been talking to 94eg! who's had the same problem (and still does). We both think it might be a leaky injector, so i'm going to try swapping mine out.
