GC Spring Rate Question
What kind of spring rates do I want to look for for a daily drivable car? They would be matted up with Koni shocks. I just need something that will lower me about 2.5 inches all around and give me a nice solid ride. (solid=good and comforable, slightly stiff)

400 Front, and 400 rear.
I actually have 400F 375R but i could go a little bit stiffer, i have standard length but spss3 valved konis (some would say overkill for these low rates). I think I need to raise my car about 1/8"....the ride is not bad at all. I'm sitting at 5-1/4" measured at front jack point, and 5-1/2" measured at the rear jack point. This gives me about 1.5-1.75 'finger' gap and around 1" of shock piston travel. I do have tophats so that helps.
Other than that make sure you have fresh OE rubber bushings, esp the trailing arm ones, a good alignment, and good tires.
