where to place a MSD 6AL ignition in the engin bay?

where to place a MSD 6AL ignition in the engin bay?
have a 95 civic ex and am putting in a MSD 6AL ignition but can't really find a good place to put it. can't go behind the intake manifold no room and short ram intake is in the way. Am thinking about relocating the battery to the trund and putting it right on the fire wall there. good/bad? how hard is it to put the battery in the trunk? don't think it will be that hard. what's your $.02
