how do i recharge the a/c 92 accord
i heard it was pretty easy but never done it cause this is my first car with a/c. it was blowing nice and cold till sumer came now it blows warm air it was kinda making a leaking noise then it went out. what all do i need to buy? just the can of stuff. how do i do it? thanks
^^ yha bad idea to mess with it if your not sure cause if you put a hole in the radiator or in the line youll have coolante all in the inside of your car and thats a bad mess

Yep, you don't wanna hurt yourself.
But if you wanna learn, get someone to show you. Then there's the problem with the older refrigerant R-12. Can hardly get it.

its not r 12 its the 134a stuff. have any of you ever done it? cause everyone tells me its easy i just need to know which line is the low pressure side. i found out all you really do is conect the can to a hose then to the low pressure line looks like a valve stem. and i have messed with a/c i took it out of my old coupe so i know the improper way do discharge it
if you're standing in front of the car its on the left side...I wouldnt fill it up with freon without adding oil to it though and if you heard a leaking sound just prior to it blowing hot air you probably developed a bad leak and you're gonna be wasting your time and money trying to refill it without repairing it first.

um its the one with the blue cap on with L on it lol, other than that it doesn't matter, high side and low side connectors are of different sizes, you wouldnt be able to stick it in the wrong service port
