Default zc swap question

my friend just put a dohc zc into his crx and iv got a couple of questions.. theres no where to put the brake booster vacume line, theres no hook up on the side of the manifold and also threres a coolant line or vacuume line, im not sure. that comes off the ficv thats supposed to go back into the maniold but theres no where to plug it into.. the hose was on the manilold when he got it but just hangs there.

the top hose is the one im talking about .. in this picture it goes in to the maniold.. and so did the maniold on his old engine(d16a6) but no where on the zc to put it. and no brake booster hook up.. please help.. right now iv been telling him hes goign to have to swap intake manifolds.. but these lines have to go somewhere.

I have the booster line hooked up to the l-shaped nipple on the driver's side of the manifold (left side on the pic), but I have the stock mani from my D16a6 on my ZC.... Should be the same though... just my $.02

you left your brake booster vacuum line unhooked? are you sure.. because the brakes suck without it. im just confused because the eacv vacuum or coolant line im not sure what it is, came with a line one it but only hooked up to the eacv no were to hook up the other end. and it came like this. there has to be a nipple for the brake booster.. unless the car this engine came out of didnt have power brakes?

hmmmmm.... I'd have to be pretty dumb to confuse a DOHC w/ a SOHC, but I was wrong anyways, I just checked, it is a PM7 intake manifold, not the PM6 . Check the back driver's side of the IM, should give you the engine code it belongs to and should be PM7 for the DOHC ZC. And this one does have the nipple for the brake booster to attach to. Also, is this an OBD0 or OBD1 motor?

some DOHC ZCs have the L nipple on the end like SOHC and some have it on the back like this:

1- thats what it looks like on my friends IM and theres supposed to be a nipple therebut there isnt.
2- the ficv is there on my friends car not a nipple like this one and theres a hose going from the ficv to #3 but 3 on my friends car is blocked off. but the car came with a hose going from the ficv that went right to where it supposed to but theres no way of hooking it up.. im not really concerend about the ficv since its not really needed at all. mostly im want to know why there isnt a vacuum hook up for the brake booster.
