Default GX NGV vs. Hybrid Civic

I'm browsing thru the honda website, and I cannot tell the difference between the GX NGV and the Hybrid Civic. Except for more cc's and gas MPG, whats the difference?

The NGV(Natural Gas Vehicle) is powered by natural gas. And to MY KNOWLEDGE, it (commercially available NG) is only available in Canada right now.

An NGV is strictly fed off of Natural gas, as the Hybrid is an electric and gasoline powered engine.
