Default Firewall Drill

Trying to install my stereo, but I am having trouble locating a sufficent place to feed my power wire through the firewall. I have an 06 RSX-S. Any suggestions regarding this topic or stereo installs on this car would be greatly appreicated! Thanks

on the 03 there is a hole right under the gas pedal...you shoudl look for that. you will have to peel back some of the carpet. There is no need to drill a hole in the firewall.

I looked under my gas pedal and there is a plastic cover over a bundle of wires that come through the firewall in a rubber gasket. I didnt see any other holes. Do you think a 2guage wire would cause enough emf to cause some interfierence with the other wires, or would it be ok to run it through with the others?

I am going to run 2 guage. It is for the power not my speakers. I have never heard of anyone running anything smaller than an 8 guage for an aftermarket system. Anyone know anything about EMF will it effect anything if I run my power rely close to other sensetive wires?
