Hey in my 99civic si whenever I hit the brakes my lights flicker occasionally and my radio cuts out occasionally as well. I thought it was a bad ground, but when I put a fully charged battery in it was fine for like two weeks I'd say and then started doing it again. I checked the volts on my battery just yesturday, producing low 12's.
