Default Turbo manifold, Cast iron vs tubular stainless steel!

Try a search already and nada, Like the title says, which one you guys recomend, and which one has a history of being better under heavy used. manifold has to be AC & PS compatible. If location of the gate and issue, the cast iron manifold that Im refering to has the gate port right in the middle (best location) just like the Blox manifold.

cast iron is usually more durable over long periods of constant heat cycles like daily driving but there are some very quality tubular manifolds out there these days. spoolin, fullrace, lovefab, ect. just do some research there are thousands of turboed cars on honda-tech.

cast iron manifolds are more for the daily driver and tubular manifolds are your only option if you are all about making big power
