clutch ?
Well...atleast for B series, you could use a hydro pressure plate if you use the hydro flywheel...and for B 92-93 has the same input shaft as a hydro tranny....so if this is D i am not sure about the clutch disk but it should be the same...in general:
Match the Clutch disk to the tranny
Match the flywheel and pressure plate
Match the Clutch disk to the tranny
Match the flywheel and pressure plate

Not 100% true for B maybe D....but the 90-91 B tranny's have the same # of splines but the thickness is minutelly different then the 92 and up

i have a d-series si tranny and i want a lighter flywheel and it is hard to find one for the cable tranny so i was just wonderong if i could use a flywheel preasure plate and clutch from a hydro tranny?

All 89-00 flywheels are the same and all 90-00 clutches are the same, though an 89 clutch will work as well.
The only thing if that if you use a hydro clutch it need to be an 89-91 tranny and use a cable throwout bearing. You can also do this the other way around.
