sounds like you have a leaf or something stuck in the blower. Is it when the fan is on, or just when the AC is on?

Wine - an alcoholic drink made from fermented grapes and used primarily to remove female underclothes.

Whine - an annoying, high-pitched sound.

You have issues with your AC evaporator. This may be an easy fix or expensive depending on what is causing it to make the noise. Could be as simple as a faulty, loose, or noisy ThermalSwitch, or as expensive as a damaged or failing Exap core.

You need to remove the bottom Evap cover and see if its just a loose Theroswitch. I think you can access it that way. I am not sure if you can disconnect it with the system charged or not. Its a little tube like thing with leads on it. It should be pressed between the fins of the Evap core. What this does is sense the temp of the Evap core and when it reaches a certain cool temp it shuts the compressor off. Oce things heat up again it switches the compressor on and the cycle begins again. It sounds like you have a noisey one. You'll have to see if you can disconnect it without discharging the system. If so its not an expensive part.
