I was on the interstate drivin and i was at the top of 4th and shifted to 5th and it grinded very harsh and i can go into all gears now but its real tough my 5th gear grinds somtimes but now all gears feel hard should i get a new tranny and where and wat are good trannys?

sure, why not

 

drain the oil from the transmission and try to put in some syncromesh or good manual tranny fluid, helps cure some of the grinding you are experiencing. if it's still too bad, you coudl look into getting a new tranny. I (as well as a few other on honda-tech) have transmissions for sale, but you coudl go to a shop that has stuff imported and get a faily low mileage m2b4 lsd tranny but it'll run you usually 7-8 hundred. I got mine for 6 because I give the place a lot of business, but some places actually charge 1000 plus shipping.
