I have Skunk2 stage 2 but I have full internals too. That makes a difference, but I like them.

Your question is way too vague...and cams are not just a drop in mod either. You will have to consider that it will, at the bare minimum, require a VAFC.

CTR/ITR cams would be a nice upgrade, but won't give you that much of an increase in power.

Well are you going NA or turbo? I would assume that you are going NA because you bought header and intake but I could be wrong, you know what happens when you assume.
If you are going NA, get a good IM and cams, valves, springs, and retainers. Just my 0.02

You have Hondata for I/H/E? Why?

Well, that is one thing taken care of, but you will still need a tune afterwards. You will have to upgrade the valvetrain, intake manifold, and increase the static compression ratio if you want to run a relatively aggressive cam.

The only reason I have hondata is bc i bought it for my previous set up. I went turbo not taking the correct route and ended up blowin my engine. So i swaped in a jdm gsr and just have the basics h/i/e and hondata, and i was just looking for semi mods but still keeping it a daily driver. Thanks for the help tho

i had the CTR intake cam, and its a pretty fun upgrade. it wont give you much but its enough too feel. its a nice upgrade for its price if your looking for a cheap way too go.

if the cams are left untuned this statement is true....if tuned you will see good gains

Right now I am untuned and it is running like pure dog ****. The only reason I am not getting tuned is because I am waiting for Skunk2 to return my OBD harness. It had to be replaced for manufacture defect.

I said they wouldn't give much of an increase. A 3 mph difference in trap speed is not anything but negligible. They are a fun and cost effective upgrade, but if you are staying N/A and already have an engine management system, why not upgrade the valvetrain and run a more aggressive cam?

I do have CTR cams and I do have them on a boosted motor and they are tuned, so I am getting good gains out of them, but on a N/A motor like the OP's, they really aren't anything special.

I do agree with this statement:
