total timing on h22 turbo
running uberdata , 450cc injectors, t3/t4oe, 12 psi does 9 degrees total timing sound right?
base timing is at 16.5
or would that cause it to cut
my sohc is running fine at 18 degrees at 12 psi on same turbo

9 degrees total on 12 lbs sounds way low too me. your total may need to be closer to the 20's. i run a moderate 16.5 degrees on 21 lbs
1. Make sure your ignition timing is synced. (16.5 deg at dizzy = 16.5 deg in eprom editor)
2. Start out at a conservative ignition timing value. General rule of thumb is around .8
deg per lb of boost. (This depends on the c/r ratio of the setup, fuel type, turbo size, manifold style etc.)
3. Get your fuel targeted 11.0:1-12.0:1 depending on the c/r of the setup and fuel oct etc.
4. Put the car on a dyno and tune away
Do some research, find out what MBT is and how it works. Good Luck

Way too low, My tune is around 24 at idle, 22 under driving conditions under no load, and around 20 @ around 12-14 psi. I'm not saying thats what you need to do, my setup is different, but you need more timing than what you got, dyno it and make sure the a/fs are safe as well.
