Default 88 civic dx hatch converted with ls swap... wont start, did before... check it out

well ive been ls swaped for at least 6 months now, i got the car like that from my friend, well the car was in bad shape so ive been doing the body work with help from my dad thats a pro..., well i pulled the engine harness off basicly, and just put it on the valve cover while i flat blacked just the engie bay cuz i dont care if its painted but it was a few diff colors. so then i just started puting it all back together, hoses back on, plugs back in... well i got it all back together and now it wont crank over... im really good at working on hondas but this one has got me at an end. all plugs are in, checked fuses, main relay, ecu, batter conections, starter conections, i didnt check the best but i did go over it. now all it does is just kind of nothin actualy, i checked the battery and its fine. not sure what to think, there is 2 wires, one red and one black that were cut but i dont think i did, esspecaly cuz theres no other ones to connect them too... they look like they were added. there on the pass side. just wondering your guyses imput, need to get it runing by 7pm tomo cuz i work 14hr nights this week lol. ill check to see if it has spark and fuel right after this, its just so dam hot u do somthing small and u sweat ur *** off hah. sorry for the long shitty paragraph but i dont feel like writing somthing nice hah.

check neutral safety switch, best way is to disconnect the safety switch and jump the 2 terminals on the harness. the neutral safety switch is on the clutch pedal
