Default Rear Mount

How in da hell u get it off I was out there for about an hour and couldnt get to it?

I mean the rear bolt in the rear mount.....I tryed everything going from under straight threw it what else?

its a lil tricky...i used a 3/8 in socket with an adjustable neck...first i had to slide in the two pieces one by one and once they were on the bolt just stuck an extension in there and twisted it out

damn I tryed my adjustable neck but it wouldnt fit haha that sucks

I had to remove the rear crossmember, which also means you have to disconnect the front suspension and the steering column. If you're good at it, within 90 minutes with hand tools its coming off.

damn that sucks...luckily mine had just enough space for me to slip in the socket...weird cuz i crashed it and it pushed everything back a lil bit and i still had enough room...did you try fitting the socket on the bolt with ur hand before trying it with the wrench?

If I remeber correctly the mount is held on by 3 bolts take the front 2 out then hit the mount with a hammer and it will pivot on the back bolt and when the mount is a little sideways its way easier to get a socket with the wobble extension on it and get it off, good luck

I just used some extensions and a swivil(however its spelled) on a rtachet and got to it fairly easy

would that not strip it but yea I might try it but to answer suck my dx I did try to see if it fit first just the wrench was to big so have to find a different wrench some where

yep but I cant get to it....but I think I know what your saying put the socket on the extension and get a wrench and turn it from top am I correct?
