Default best throttle body for EF

I need to replace my Type R throttle body. What would be a good replacement, whether it be factory Acura or aftermarket?

Attention all, I need to replace my throttle body because I think the butterfly valve spring is worn out, it like to stick at 3000 rpm when I am in low gears shifting around town, have to jab the throttle to get it to settle down. My mechanic looked at it and that was his conclusion. Adjusting the idle does not make the problem go away..

Why don't you just replace the spring?

Did your mechanic look at the throttle cable? It will have the same effect.

****, I didn't know the spring was available as a single part. Where can I find one?

BTW people, it used to be cable tension, but some fiddling and a zip tie later, I eliminated that, I know because I open the hood and tug on the cable, turn the butterfly valve by hand, and it will stick with plenty of cable slack. So I'm thinking it must be the spring.

the cable adjustment is all the way out. it's not an issue of too little, but too much slack, if anything
