Default 94 ex hard to start after its warm( already searches but my problem seems different)

When the car is cold or left over night its easy to start but seems a bit weaker than usual. After its warmed up it won't fire up, it cranks slow to a point where it won't crank at all. If I let it sit for 10 minutes it'll fire up but if i turn it off right away and try again D'd have to wait about 10 minues again. It seems like the battery is weak but it puts out 12v and when it does run the alternator puts out 14v. Also when it won't fire the radio, cluster, clock don't work either and idles like crap like it's gonna die. I've cleaned the tranny ground, thermostat and valve cover ground also. I've also tried 2 other batteries, I'm stumped.

i would look for a corroded starter connection or alternator connection...and just make sure everything is tight...such as the two wires that go into the fuse box

i mean it might not be those but that would explain why it seems like power flow is restricted

check the rotor and cap for moisture or corrosion as well. Or possibly the ignitor could be going.
