im thinking like 160-170 whp with cams and hi comp pistons. there is more potential for all motor. but il be more concerned towards a vtec head for a good all motor car.

you take the oxygen, MAP, and throttle position sensor off. The are under the upper front motor mount. Its hard to get to them because the unibody is in the way, so you have to take that off first.

Wow, you're English really took a **** recently.

VTEC head, but you're going to have to ditch that intake manifold.

Why? Won't do a whole lot.

You are better off just putting Type R pistons in. It really bumps the CR with just an LS head. Then add a B16 head into the equation and you might actually reach your goal of 150-160whp.
