ok guys im running into another issue with this car....well first i thought the walrbo 255 fuel pump was a problem and it was i guess do to the fact that people told me that with that kind of pump u cant run lower that a 1/4 tank of gas cause it starts to sputter...well i guess thats true in a way cause when im running low on gas it starts and after i fill it up it stops...well now i ran into a new thing.i notice that when i start my car and start driving it cold it intend to sputter alot like if its not getting enough saprk...after i run it for like 8minutes i guess it warms up to its proper tempature and work fine....well im thinking it has to do with the dizzy..well im using right now msd6al.the way is setup is that im using the msd cap,new rotor and im using external msd coil.well i hope that helps make a dission of what could be my problem..oh yeah i have noridium spark pulgs that are not even over 500 miles used...what could make my car run shitty when its cold???????

first time in history of h-t that i post a problem and nobody seem to care or help me out...whats going on???????i need help so my car could run better.....

 

im not sure but my car started stuttering randomly today, after it warmed up i guess i was sitting at a light and i take off and when i start goin the thing started sputtering like crazy but it would smooth out at around 3k, but still be sputtering, not as noticable tho.

i thought it was a spark plug or wire so i replace those and still nothin, apparently my msd cap decided to take a shiet on me, i pretty much just bought it too, so it sounds like lawnmower atm. gotta wait on it

 

mine sputters when i first turn it on. But my ultra low compression vitara setup could easily be th reason for that. I have a MSD Cap and Blaster Coil but not a 6AL. The 6AL is supposed to fix problems like that and make it run alot smoother.

 

i would check out your cap and rotor if u didnt replace that ..
are you over fueling? stock engine? ..
did you replace the fuel filter.
i have the same fuel pump and have no problems when its under a 1/4

 

its a known thing about 255lph fuel pumps. Everyone always tells you not to let it get under 1/4th.

it sounds like your chamber isn't igniting properly. i would check the fuel injectors, intake manifold and especially your spark plugs. if those aren't it, it could also be your ecu
